Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SUBASS Audio, we are committed to delivering premium audio equipment. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before the order has been dispatched from our factory, whichever is earlier. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately. Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return.

2. Returns Policy

Due to the heavy and delicate nature of professional audio equipment, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product received is physically damaged in transit.
• The product has a manufacturing defect preventing its operation out of the box.
• The wrong item was delivered to you.

You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original crating/packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice included.

3. Refund Processing & Timelines

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our New Delhi facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will request your bank details to process a direct NEFT/IMPS transfer.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

• Products damaged by the customer due to misuse, improper installation, or electrical surges.
• Products with missing original packaging or missing parts.
• Custom-built or special-order equipment.
